I had a wonderful two day intro to freediving course with Valentina, who was a thoughtful instructor, able to guide me into doing more than I ever thought I could. Before the course I was relatively comfortable snorkeling, but less so when going underwater. Between Vale's theory classes and one-on-one coaching sessions in the ocean, I was able to stay relaxed, go deeper, and stay longer than I've ever been able to.
